We will have our last regular meet this Saturday, the 25th at our pool. This will be the LAST time swimmers will get a chance to get a qualifying and legal time for both county and the trophies. Warm ups will be at 8 am and the meet will start at 8:30 am. Let your coaches know by Thursday if you will be attending and what you would like to swim.
We will be using the times from this meet as well as the other meets to determine which meet your child will attend for county. Please be patient with us as coaches in figuring out where each swimmer goes seeing as there are 256 of them... The goal is Monday the 27th a note will be sent home with each individual swimmer letting them know what meet they will be attending as well as what they are swimming.
If you child is 6 and under they will be attending the Bronze meet which is Wednesday July 29th at Springville. Warm ups will be at 4 pm and the meet will start at 5 pm.
If your is 13 and up he or she will be attending the Gold meet which is Saturday Aug 1st at the Spanish Fork Pool. Warm ups will be a 7 am and the meet will start at 8 am.
The Silver meet will also be held at the Spanish Fork Pool Friday, July 30th. Warm ups are at 4 pm and it will start at 5 pm.
No "A" or "B" times will be allowed at the Bronze meet.
In order to swim in the County meets swimmers MUST have swam in TWO regular meets this season and must have a legal time in the event they want to swim.
The coaches will have copies of all the legal times your swimmers have earned as well as the Gold/Silver/Bronze cut off times with them all next week so if you have any questions please ask.
