It is time to have some fun! Crazy relay day is tomorrow. All swimmers come at 8:00 am for an hour of fun and games. NO regular practice just 8-9 am for crazy relays.
Yes, there is swim team practice on Monday, July 5th. So, if you are not partying in Provo, come at your regular practice time.
The PG meet next weekend is our second to last meet to get legal times for trophies and the county meet. You can only swim in the races in county that you have already qualified for during the season, so the next two weekends are vital. If you have questions about which events you have received legal times email lehisummerswim@yahoo.com. You coaches will tell you whether to attend Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Most swimmers will swim Friday. LOOK FOR A PAPER NOTE FROM THE COACHES!
IIMPORTANT: The 13 and older swimmers will have dryland on THURSDAYS for the next two weeks! Wednesday will be a swim day.
