If they are swimming at Friday meet, they do not come to Friday practice.
If they are swimming at Saturday meet, they do come to Friday practice.
All 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18 swimmers come at 7am
All 7-8 swimmers come at 8am
6 and under will all swim at the Friday meet so none will come to practice on Friday
