The first year swim meet will only last 2 to 3 hours at the most (fingers crossed). It will not count for and County times. The main point of the meet is so you as parents and swimmers understand and see how the majority of meets are run and to get any kinks worked out before the regular season starts next week.
When your swimmer gets to the pool they will need to find their cards (set up at a table somewhere). The cards are their tickets to get into the race. Their cards will let them know what they are swimming and they will need to keep them with them and bring the correct card to the bull pen when they are called for their race.
Warm-ups start at 8:00am. The meet starts promptly at 8:30am. (This means the first swimmers will be called to the bullpen at 8:20.)
We are assuming all first years and six and unders will be at this meet- if you know you are not attending please let your coach know by Friday during practice.
