Dry land starts next week (6/8/09)
6 and unders: NONE
7-8 year olds: Tuesday
9-10 year olds: Thursday
11-12 year olds: Tuesday
13 and up: Wednesday
For dry land, swimmers HAVE to bring closed toed shoes (running shoes are best) and workout appropriate clothes. Swimmers will be doing activities ranging from running, push ups, sit ups, lunges, and anything else that we as coaches can do to help build their endurance and muscle strength. They will not be getting into the water at all that day.
