A few reminders about frequent complaint and questions…
During swim meets, the observation deck will be crowded and hot. Sorry. If you would like to sit on the pool deck, I’m sure we could allow you to be a timer. :-)
Chairs are only allowed on the top level of the observation deck and the adjoining balcony.
On the pool deck between the observation deck stairs and the blocks, there is an area that will be blocked off. Nobody (except meet officials) is allowed in this area—not even swimmers—not even just to walk through. You will need to walk around the other end of the pool to get to the bullpen or the blocks.
Swimmers are not allowed to play in the leisure pool during the swim meet. If you have a legacy center pass or would like to purchase a wristband for your children, they can play in the leisure pool when it opens for public swim (9am?).
If you disagree or have questions about your child being disqualified, you should talk to your child’s coach during the meet. Coaches can answer questions or protest to the officials. Parents should not confront the stroke judges or other officials.
Please clean up after yourself and your children. Leave it nicer than you found it.
Have fun!
